Day 01
ARRIVAL AT TOKYO AIRPORT

Upon arrival at Haneda / Narita Airport, after completing the Immigration & customs process walk through the airport exit, you will be greeted by your representative holding a nameplate with your name at the arrivals area.

you will be transferred to the city center hotel by private vehicle. Upon reaching the hotel, check-in will be available from 3:00 PM. After freshening up and relaxing, later in the evening, prepare for an Indian dinner at a restaurant. Afterward, transfer back to the hotel for an overnight stay at the Tokyo Hotel.

  • Travel Insurance if not mentioned in the itinerary

 

  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 30 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
