Day 02
Zurich - Berne - Fribourg - Nyon - Yvoire - Geneva

After breakfast, We’ll set off for the capital of the country, Bern, one of the most beautiful historic cities in Switzerland. We’ll go to the Rose Garden viewpoint to admire the beautiful landscape of the city. We’ll have free time for a walk and lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll get back on the road and head to the French-speaking region of Switzerland, making a stop in Fribourg, a beautiful bilingual city. After that, we’ll travel towards Lake Geneva (commonly known in France as lac Léman) and make a stop in Nyon, a little Roman city on the shore of the lake. From there, we’ll cross Lake Geneva by boat to travel to France. We’ll arrive in Yvoire, a beautiful medieval village with fortified gates, a castle, flowery streets, and beautiful views over the lake. We’ll reach Geneva at the end of the day. Note: Accommodation will usually be in the French outskirts of the town.

Day 03
Geneva - Chillon Castle - Gruyeres - Leysin

After breakfast, we’ll embark on a panoramic tour of Geneva, a lakeside city renowned for hosting the European headquarters of the United Nations, the Red Cross, and other international organizations. Highlights include the Palais des Nations, the English Garden with its iconic flower clock, and the towering Jet d’Eau fountain. Traveling through scenic vineyard landscapes, we’ll arrive at Chillon Castle, a stunning medieval fortress on Lake Geneva, with admission included. Next, we’ll explore Gruyères, a charming walled village famous for its cheese, before visiting the Cailler Chocolate Factory for a tour and tasting. Continuing through idyllic mountain roads and picturesque wooden villages, we’ll reach Leysin, a lovely alpine holiday destination, where dinner will be included. Accommodation may alternatively be arranged in another charming Swiss Alpine town, such as Martigny.

Day 04
Leysin - Interlaken - Aareschlucht - Chiasso

After breakfast,We’ll experience stunning mountain scenery today, so be sure to pack your winter clothes. We’ll ascend to Glacier 3000 by cable car ride, one of the most spectacular spots in Switzerland featuring ice and snow year-round, and where you can walk on the suspended bridge between two mountain peaks, explore the Ice Cathedral, or enjoy the Fun Park. We’ll stop in Interlaken for lunch before traveling to the Aare Gorge. Next, we’ll take the Susten Pass, one of the most beautiful roads in Switzerland between glaciers that will lead us to the Italian-speaking part of the country. We’ll stay overnight in Chiasso, a Swiss town on the border with Italy.Note: Occasionally, due to weather conditions such as rain or strong winds, the cable car to Glacier 3000 may not operate. Additionally, the Susten Pass Road is typically closed from mid-October until the end of May. In such cases, the journey will follow alternative routes.

Chiasso - Lugano - Burglen - Lucerne

After breakfast, We’ll visit Lugano, the cosmopolitan capital of Italian Switzerland with its beautiful lake, where we’ll have time to stroll. Continuing along the highway, we’ll cross the Gotthard Road Tunnel and stop in Bürglen, the charming village where William Tell was born. We’ll see the 16th-century chapel adorned with paintings illustrating his life. If you wish, you can also visit the William Tell Museum. In the neighboring city of Altdorf, we’ll find more traces of his history. Our journey will then take us to Lucerne, where we’ll have free time to explore this beautiful city by its namesake lake. We recommend going on an optional cruise along Lake Lucerne, considered one of the most beautiful in Switzerland.

Lucerne - Einsiedeln - Vaduz - Feldkirch

After breakfast,We’ll depart for Einsiedeln, renowned for its immense baroque abbey, the most important pilgrimage center in Switzerland. Continuing east, we’ll visit Maienfeld, the village that inspired the story of Heidi. In Heididorf, we’ll explore Heidi’s House a picturesque site with stunning landscapes accessible via a pedestrian path (tickets not included, admission is free). Next, we’ll enter the independent country of Liechtenstein and visit its capital, Vaduz, known for its impressive castle. There will be time to stroll and have lunch. Afterwards, we’ll proceed to the neighboring city of Feldkirch in Austria, a charming walled city near the borders of Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Germany, with its beautiful medieval quarter and castle. After breakfast,We´ll begin our day by heading to the center of St. Gallen, recognized as a World Heritage Site for its magnificent cathedral and medieval old town. Continuing along Lake Constance, located between Germany and Switzerland, we´ll take a walk through the center of Constance before visiting Mainau Island (accessed via a pedestrian bridge), renowned for its beautiful botanical garden (admission included). Later, in Switzerland, we´ll explore Stein am Rhein, a picturesque village on the banks of the Rhine River known for its charming houses adorned with painted walls. Our itinerary also includes a visit to the Rhine Falls (ticket included), the most powerful waterfall in Europe. Our day will end upon our arrival in Zurich.

Zurich City Tour

After breakfast,with our guide, we’ll explore Zurich, the most populous city in Switzerland, and its financial and cultural heart. Known for its banks, Zurich has been twice recognized as the city with the best quality of life in the world. Afterwards, we’ll embark on a scenic cruise of nearly two hours on Lake Zurich, with brief stops to enjoy the charming villages along the route. We’ll disembark in Rapperswil, a picturesque village renowned for its medieval castle. We’ll return to Zurich by train, providing an opportunity to experience the efficiency and punctuality of the Swiss railway system.Note: Depending on the number of travelers, transfers to and from the city center may be via public transportation.
